I have been trying for the past 2 days to troubleshoot this problem. it started when I decided to remove my password so I wouldn't have to enter it every time I boot up the PC so I followed the instructions to enter my old password and when entering the new password leave it blank. then when I restarted the computer it said to enter the password now I tried my old password and it's not working and I am locked out please help.

if there is data on the drive you want saved, I would be removing the drive, whack it into an external USB enclosure and connect it to another PC to copy your data.

I assume you have tried rebooting into Safe Mode?
are there any other user accounts on the PC you could log into?

you could bite the bullet and "nuke it from space" and fresh install Windows. that would certainly get rid of your issue.
but a smaller hammer approach would be to use the Advanced Startup Options menu and reset Windows, keeping your files.
to get into ASO, let the PC start and when you see the Windows splash screen, hold in the power button for 5 seconds to force a shutdown.
do that about 3 times and when Windows starts, it'll take you to the ASO screen.

What happens if you leave the password box blank?
Is this the pre-boot/BIOS password? If yes & the above works then if you boot into the BIOS can you remove the password or is this how you did it?
I don’t know how far we can go with help so this may be too much. you would turn off the PC, disconnect all peripheral devices, remove the CMOS battery, remove the laptop battery (if a laptop) then long press the on/off button to discharge any residual energy then leave it for 30 minutes to be sure. Reconnect the CMOS battery, laptop battery (if applicable), plug in the PC & then reconnect mouse & keyboard/peripherals & start the PC, the admin/BIOS password should be gone.

Yes when i leave the password box blank and enter it says incorrect password and is there any other possible way other than removing the CMOS battery?

Yes, you will have to remove the CMOS battery.

Like you stated this is the UEFI password that comes before the windows boot so contacting Microsoft will be null.

Depending on the security setting in the BIOS will and or have crashed Windows.

If you have not backed up your data already.

Other options...
You may need contact the manufacture for assistance.

Take it to a service center.
