my pc is a lenovo m91p .... intel i7 with a 250gb ssd
i need to flash bios to update it but in all my pc knowledge (quite little) idont know how..... dell had 1 exe and boom.. done... lenovo has a dos command i need to type in... so if you will just tell me the command ill be happily out of your hair

You don`t say why you want to update the BIOS so a word of caution, unless you really need to don`t.
