I need to please speak to a moderator, admin, or staff member about my account please asap

i cant find anywhere on this website through browzing all over of how to message a moderator, admin, or staff member

i cant find an email, i cant find a ticket option, i cant find a contact forum, i cant find away to send a direct message to moderator, staff member or adminstrator

which is odd because i was given a message of temporary error that said please contact adminstrator for support yet i dont see any way on how to do so
