Solved hi any help would be greatly appreciated error code when updating

hi nay help would be amazing my microsoft store recently stopped updating so i thought id check my pc for updates and when i do it has this code and i cant seem to fix ive looked in registry and there is no registry for updat in windows the code is (0x80070424)

Try sfc & DISM:
Right click on start & choose powershell with admin & enter:
SFC /SCANNOW
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

If this doesn’t work then try an in-place upgrade repair:
download the media creation tool, run this & choose to upgrade now.

Did you run the command using a Admin Command Prompt?

Also have you rebooted to see if that correct it?

hi i just rebooted to see if fixed and code has changed i think now its
(0x80070057)

Boot to safe mode and try running the command again.

You are logged in as an Admin correct?

Hi yes I’m always logged on as admin I’ve reset my pc but kept files do you think this would sort
