I recently upgraded my system by installing a Ryzen 9 5900X CPU and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 GPU, expecting a significant performance boost, but now I'm facing frustrating issues. Many games won’t load at all, and when they do manage to start, they run incredibly glitchy—there's stuttering, screen tearing, and frequent frame drops, making the gameplay nearly impossible to enjoy. Despite the impressive hardware specs, it feels like something is bottlenecking the system or causing compatibility issues, preventing me from experiencing the smooth, high-quality gaming I was hoping for. It's really frustrating, especially after investing in such powerful components.

cpu- AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
two - 16gb 3600mhz
mother board - ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ( just updated the bios to allow new cpu lol)
have not got ssd - got 1TB hard drive with usb

**** im a noob , is that enough info..
