I need help picking a pc and can someone let me know if these parts are good for a beginner.

-GeForce Gtx 1650 6gb
-Ryzen 5 1600
-Asus tuf b450 gaming plus motherboard
-Crucial 500gb ssd
-2tb seagate baracuda hard drive
-Xpg 16 gb ram
-Aresgame 650w power supply

hmmm... I've answered this somewhere else, but searching, can't find where.

if it was mine, I would jump the CPU up a few generations, as that gen 1 unit is getting on now.
and the PSU I would change to a brand I had heard, like, EVGA, Corsair or Gigabyte.
and stick to nothing less than 80+ Gold.
I've never heard of Aresgame, and unless a PSU maker supplies at least 5 years warranty, I'd stay away.

otherwise it would be a decent rig - but you don't mention its intended purpose!
