Got my 1st gaming pcu today built by custom byyes of kentucky. Everything was new and beautiful and had been ran and tested you could tell by foing bask.theu what all he did. It has a new dell 27in hd monitor (cant remember model, but after an hour or so it kicks.off.and.soent want to come back on. I noticed the geforce gtx 2060 was a little.loose when i couldnt get the hdmi in for the monitor so put it in as gengerly as i could but monitor still kicks off
Any ideas guys? I dony wanna have to.send it back.ro kentucky and i honestly think fed ex did it with their angelic handling of our packages

You may need to reseat stuff in the system.

This could also VOID any warranty on the system since it is new.

They might have a tech in the area that may be able to look at it.
