Hello people,

I need help. Bought new laptop HP 255 G7 for grandma to play browser game, yea its silly :D . The biggest problem is that, browser game needs flash player and flash player is dead... So I tryed to search alternatives. Downloaded many different browsers, plugins, watch videos, but none of them works. I also tryed to install old adobe flash player version, install looks good, but still asking for "You need flash player". I dont know how it works for her on old laptop but works. I tryed those things on win 10 home. Her old laptop runs win7 so I was thinking maybe I need to reinstall windows 10 to 7, laptop was already with win10 when i bought it. And I spent a lot of time trying to reinstall it, still didnt work out. When its boots win7, it show at a start "windows is loading file" and then blue screen pop out. I read on google, that this HP bios doesnt support win7 OS so idk what to do anymore, have some suggestions maybe guys? :/

what method are you trying to install Win10?
have you made a bootable USB stick using Windows Media Creation Tool?
also, if the laptop came with Win10 already installed, it should still have the recovery partition on the drive and even the installation DVD with Win10 on it.
