Hi there, I'm Cirno Scarlet, also known by my real name Jamie Dignam. I am using Windows 7 on both Toshiba Satellite C660-2E2 and an Acer Aspire ES1-531-C0XK laptops. The former is my sister's although I provide support for it, and the latter is my own. I turn 16 on the 21st and although haven't use Windows 7 as a main OS since late 2012, I hope to be of assistance.

Anyway, if I run into any troubles I'll come on here and ask questions here, and hopefully get an answer. I'll try to help when possible, too.

If you want to know more about me personally, I am from the UK and am interested in computing and retro gaming.
