hey all

I recently updated to windows 10 and almost immediately i noticed the sound from my headset was different. When i opened up my settings and listened to my microphone i got a massive amount of crackling and static that varied when i changed the setting of the headset but never cruelly gone. i tried an old headset and the same thing happened large amounts of static. i have tried to remove and reinstall all my audio drivers but still no change. i'm really at my wits end so any help will be appreciated.
