Hello,
My Windows 10 computer is failing to boot. It says that I have a "Hal.dll" error. How do I fix this? See screenshot attached.
I have tried the diagnostic menus and have exhausted all the options under the repair options. I only have access to the command prompt.
Also, my "C" drive is listed now as my "D". The system reserve is now the "C" drive.
Please help!
