I recently purchased a Gigabyte (GB-BRR7H-4800) mini PC and installed Win 11 with 64GB DDR4 RAM, 1.8 GHz AMD Ryzen 7 4800U processor and it runs great except it crashes constantly. It will display a Green Screen and I will have to reboot. Also, it often fails on the first reboot and will require a second.

Any thoughts?

Was the computer behaving ok when you were running Windows 10.

Did you install the Windows 11 drivers as soon as you had installed Windows 11.

it didn't happen right away. i noticed it once i started playing some games. (Axis and Allies Online and Magic The Gathering) i figured it was specific to the games, but it happens at other times as well.

Axis and Allies is ok but Magic The Gathering requires a dedicated GPU, see requirements here

Heat will cause what you describe and gaming with such a CPU in a small chassis will cause things to get real toasty inside.

Suggest that you contact the seller and open a support ticket.
