I'm unable to run Sketchup2017 after latest Win10 update. I get the following message.

The following errors were found when launching SketchUp:
- Hardware acceleration is unsupported or has been disabled on your graphics card. SketchUp requires that you use a hardware accelerated graphics card.
Unfortunately, these errors will prevent SketchUp from running. Updating your graphics card drivers might fix the problem.

There doesn't seem to be any user settings to the Graphic Card. I've checked BIOS, etc.

Lenovo Laptop (about 3-4 years old)
Mod: 20GJ0029AU
O/S: Win 10 (64-bit)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Russ

Your computer specs here show that the computer does not quite meet the required specs.

It could be that this latest Windows 10 update and Flash no longer being supported is what has stopped the program from working.

All I can think of is check for an Intel HD driver update here

Or as a last resort, use a system restore point that is before the Windows 10 update that has apparently stopped the program from working.
