Hi All - New to the site & hoping for some guidance on where/how to post/approach some PC issues I've been experiencing. In short, I built my first PC 3-4 years ago and just recently started having some issues w/ booting & freezing.

Suggest that you start a thread on the DIY support forum here you need to provide all of the information that I have detailed below;

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM ( including the amount, number of sticks and speed ) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable helpers to better assist you.
