  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

It is great to know where answers can be found. I'm here with a question! I scanned all the topics but my question doesn't fit anywhere! Other than WIN 10. Can a question be asked in new Member intro? I'm probably above average in understanding the basics. It always needs to be deliberate to want to learn and take advantage of any resources available. I have always had help in new computer set up. That said; that transitions to what my question would be. Until going to WIN 10 (from 7 before that the XP days) I never had an actual MS account. The way my "10" s are set up now, I don't have to sign in when I turn on my computers. I do have an MS account now, but for some reason I can't sign in???? Years ago I opened a Live email. I'm strange; We don't want a cell phone. and if you go through the process of( can't remember password a person has to have a cell phone for getting confirmation code. That is a problem for me!!! Yikes!! So to be "saved" from the stress of worrying about it, do I need a MS account even though the tech setting up my computers registered my laptop and desktop with the Live email/password. This is a very unique question and situation. Thank you for any help on this. imgrateful1
