what have you tried so far to remedy the problem; scans, maintenance etc?
is the OS installed on the SSD?

can you elaborate on 'running poorly' - is it program startup speed, internet speed, FPS rates during gaming, general PC usage, etc?

it would be good to have a complete list of specs, like software installed, programs running and all that.
get Speccy from here; https://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste(Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

what have you ran to try to fix it so far???
any maintenance cleanup programs?
scans for malware?
check for system file corruption?

have you opened up the chassis and blown out any dust buildup?

I have ran many file checks, malware and other scan like mdsched, sfc /scannow, and have thoroughly cleaned the system multiple times.

I do it enough that it no longer phases me, so I'd be recommending a fresh install of Windows once you have backed up all your data.
that way not only does that option offer the best chance of success (*it is a big hammer to hit it with admittedly), but if it doesn't help, you know you are starting from a clean slate and can add one variable at a time.

Thank you, I will do this as soon as I am able to, I will update you, I have tried wiping the computer clean but that only seems to temporarily fix things.
