I recently upgraded mobos and did a clean install of Windows 10, when playing GTAV I have the fps overlay applied via GeForce Experience displaying in the corener of my screen. Unfortunately after I did my clean install it is not displaying the correct fps and is just stuck on 60fps during game play. It fluctuates during game start up but once in the game it just stays at 60 no matter what. I know this isn't correct becuae it was showing fps arong 150-160 before my clean install, plus it wouldn't just stay at 60. Is there a way to fix this or has anyone else had this problem. All my drivers are updated, I am using a 1660Ti, and my GTAV is the Steam version.
