hi dont know if this is where i post this just wondered if anyone could help when using my xbox app on pc to install games with game pass it keeps downloading to 100 percent then i get an error the code is 0x80070005
ive clicked on the error details part and tried the steps it says but to no avail any help would be amazing

yea sorry went threw these steps but no luck so far just wondered if anyone had any other ideas

Check the security software and make sure the proper allowances are there.

Might also try resetting the network setting on the computer.

Through Windows is
Open Settings
Click on Network & Internet
Click on Status
Click on Network reset
Click the Reset now button
Click Yes to confirm and let your computer restart

It may take a few extra time for the system to completely reboot since it is rebuilding the network then try the network and let us know.

The other way is to run some commands through the Administrator Command Prompt.

Open an Administrator Command Prompt

Type the following commands, pressing Enter after each command:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
nbtstat -R
nbtstat -RR
netsh int reset all
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh winsock reset catalog

Reboot the computer
