I have:
*Geforce RTX 3060 Ti
*i5-11400f 2.6 GHz
*16 gb ram
Games like Destiny 2 and Fortnite are not running as I would expect. Fortnite is often stuttering and not hitting the fps it should. Destiny 2 is also stuttering alot sometimes while other times it's fine. This happens with alot of slightly more demanding games aswell. Even lowering the graphics settings doesn't seem to change anything whatsoever. Is there anything I can do on my end? Thanks in advance

Hello

How many people online, at this time will effect gaming.. Give us your complete psu spec's.

How many RAM sticks and how complete specs on those.

EDIT:
Have you checked the internet speeds you are getting compared to the speeds you are paying for?

I could not find the exact PSU model, however I now that it has 500 W and 500 V. I currently have one 16 gb DDR4 ram stick with one slot left and my internet speed is good. The pc is prebuilt by the way.

On thing that stands out others may have more to state.

Geforce RTX 3060 Ti

Requires a 600W PSU

The next thing you should look into is getting pairs of RAM.

16 GB is good unfraternally you have a single stick working at half the rate it is capable of.

You need to get a matching stick of RAM so that you get dual channel single channel RAM bottlenecks both the CPU and GPU, note the way that nearly all of your RAM has been used up.

Make sure that is the correct RAM for the CPU.

I orginally thought my CPU was the issue since my motherboard can only support 10th and 11th gen proccesors. So if I would want to improve my performance I should get a PSU above 600 W and matching RAM stick? Is it worth buying a new PSU and RAM for it?

According to the CPU support page that CPU is supported. Now you might want to perform a BIOS update if you have not already, and if is needed.

If you do not wish to burn out the GPU yes you need to replace the PSU.

Yes to the RAM as well.
