so idk how or why this happens but well when in games im getting 100-140fps but it keeps dropping and everything. but when i turn on obs and choose that screen my fps goes up too 400.

forgot to write this. it happened after an update, but when i went back to the previous version the problem stayed.

What version of Windows 10 do you have installed? Have you installed the latest video driver for your video card? Are you overclocking any components? Have you updated your motherboards BIOS to the latest version?
