Ok so my first build was going great, I just put in one of the cables wrong and it took up a bunch of space on my desk so I moved it to the floor and now it will not turn on at all. i do not have a flash drive with windows but my friend does and he'll get it to me in a few days. Before it turned on but now that I moved it will not turn on. I really would like it to be fixed because it has a 980 ti and a i5 10400f plus a 650w power supply and 16gb of ram. I am also going off a chrombook that can't run discord and youtube at the same time and a ps4 so I would really like help. Thanks so much!

Hello

After you power your pc down and un-plug , drain that residue power using the power button, go back in and check all your connections ..

I moved it to the floor
What is the floor made of?

Make and model of the PSU?

You did remember to remove the plastic covers from things?

Put the risers in the proper spots?

Assemble the hardware on a thick piece of cardboard outside of the case and see if the issue replicates.
