Hi, I recently burned 13 dual layer DVD+Rs. I created an ISO in Adobe Premiere Elements and then right clicked the ISO to burn to disc (as a DVD, not data), and clicked "verify" (I'm not sure if I was supposed to do that but I did...). They will not play in my blu ray/dvd players, but play fine on my computer.

In "This PC," it says there is still 800 mb of empty space, and from what I could find, that means it is not finalized.

I cannot find a working method of finalizing the discs. I installed a Nero free trial, if anyone knows a method with that.

Please help or tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thank you!!!

I haven't burn CD's or DVD's in more than 10 years (at least) and used to use Nero6 and DVD Suite, and from memory, on the Burn Disc window, next to the Verify box (which I never used), there was a tick box for Burn and Finalise, or something along those lines.

in other words, on the final screen that you told it to actually start burning, there was a Finalise option as well - it was never hard to spot.

but as I say, those programs would have had many version updates since my days.
