it is 1803. I checked the updates but there doesn't seem to be any new feature update. the updates have been put to automatic so they install when they are available. another thing is there has been no bsod since then.Are you running the latest version of W10, which is 1809?

Run MemTest and let it finish. If it finds errors as well, you have bad RAM and you'll have to pintpoint exactly what RAM is faulty.
