So I got this PC about 2 years ago. The first few months it worked perfectly fine, but after that every game started to freeze for 2-4 seconds and give me the ''xxx is not responding'' thing, but I didn't really pay any attention to that since I barely had any time to play games. Until now, I've tried fixing that a few different ways: Reinstalling Windows (Went from W10 to W7 and now I am currently using W10 Pro), Replace my video card with a new one (the same card), tried some BIOS settings, running my PC in safe mode, got another SSD, tried launch settings in games, getting new drivers, but nothing seemed to work. I tried games like CSGO, Gmod, CS 1.6, Minecraft, Team Fortress, Terraria, WWE 2K17, H1Z1, they all crashed. But now, CSGO exits to desktop and it still rolls. It's like I am in the match but instead of showing the game it shows my desktop (I can still use voice chat, walk, shoot and everything). Minecraft, on the other side, gives me the ''is not responding'' error after 10-20 mins of playing. Here are my specs:
