Hi, I am currently having trouble getting connected to my network at home using an ethernet cable. It used to work but all of a sudden it just stopped and even when I try to connect to the WIFI on the same network it still wont work. The network itself works fine on all other devices across the house such as PC's, PlayStations and phones etc. This is the error messages that I get when I run the troubleshoot on windows.

The WIFI works fine on the PC when I connect it to a mobile hotspot on my phone so it is really strange.

Anyone have any ideas, tried a few things but nothing seems to work.

Does it connect in safe mode with networking?

Have you tried rebooting the modem and router (if there is a router connected).

If that does not work lets try a reset.
