I just finished building a new PC. I have finished setup, but it shows I have no wifi or ethernet. My ethernet works as I used it on my old computer yesterday. I already updated my BIOS as well. Motherboard is a ASUS - X670E-A ROG STRIX GAMING WIFI ATX Motherboard

Update: I was able to find the LAN update on Asus website. After installing that using a different computer, my internet is now working. For anyone else having this problem I'll tell you what I did.
1. On a different computer, search for your exact mother board followed by the words "bios update"
2. Find "driver & tools" and select your motherboard and operating system
3. Find the LAN and download it onto a flash drive
4. Plug that flash drive into your PC that is having issues and pull up the downloaded folder from the flash drive
5. Click on the "Windows 11" folder and then click on "install"

This seemed to not work at first for me, but after waiting for a few seconds my ethernet showed up and it was fixed.
