Hi Everyone

Can anyone help, my printer has stopped duplex printing for some unknow reason.

Just to give you some background I’m running Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021.
The printer is HP Officejet Pro 8730.

What I have tried so far, uninstalled and reinstalled Office.
And from the pics below you can see what settings I have been into and how they are set.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try next,?
