Hey there,
Until my parts come ready for VR, I decided to try and make use out of an old LG monitor I had laying around. I was hoping to do a dual display, so I can happily surf the net whilst playing. However, I've encountered a problem, the LG monitor constantly says "Check Signal Cable", I've switched the cable for a new one but with no avail. I have a feeling, it might be the VGA to DVI (D) that I'm using.
I'm currently running my main screen on a HDMI lead, this monitor has no problems whatsoever, I've gone into screen resolution trying to identify the other monitor but it doesn't detect it at all. I am using a GTX 770, I've tried both DVI ports and nothing seems to be working. I had a look online and apparently it's possible, but, I don't seem to be having any luck.
Any suggestions?
