That indicates imminent disk failure. I would immediately image the drive using Macrium Reflect (or your preferred imaging software) remembering to create their boot USB, in preparation for replacing the drive.
Do not waste time imaging the drive replace the drive and we can attempt to see what can be recovered.
manually backup what personal data you can to an external drive or two maybe three.
Replace with a new drive and preform a fresh install of windows, drives starting with the chipset and the rest on the proper order, then the software.
At this time would suggest getting an SSD 500 GB smallest.

Can be yet are more stable, faster, and dependable.
if to expensive for you then get what you can afford as a HDD which has moving parts where the SSD do not.

. Can I install a SSD with replacing the optical drive I have and boot from that? Maybe I can afford a 256gb SSD later and upgrade.
That is up to you with the constant increasing size of windows how soon before you run out of space with all of the other software you have installed
why since you will be removing the drive that is failing and replacing it with the new drive.
Because I can't manage to buy a SSD at the moment.
I was thinking of 1tb HDD for now and buy small SSD later. Then can I boot from that SSD?

Imaging software takes a ‘snapshot’ of the current state of Windows via the VSS & saves this image to an external hard disk. Then you can restore the image if there are Windows problems or after replacing a hard drive.
This way you’d not lost any files or programs.
However as Rustys has warned against this it is up to you which you do.
There’s some decent priced SSDs on offer. SanDisk (WD) £190 for 2TB.
Of course it depends on your cost limitations.
