Hi,

Hope you can help. Since last week we are seeing strange flickering lines and moving dots in several 3d games (Roblox, Mindcraft, Fortnite) on my daughter's laptop (Acer Aspire 5 - 7th Generation i5) . See fotos attached.
We are using an external monitor. But the lines remain if you move the game to the laptop or to the other monitor. So I don't think the monitor is broken.

There are 2 graphics cards : Intel HD Graphics 620 and Nvidia Geforce 940MX.
We think it has to do with the 3d settings or the cards not working well together all of sudden. Maybe after an update of Windows.
We already updated the drivers of both cards.

We are not very good with pc's, so if anyone has any suggestions how we can fix this ?

Thanks.
