Machine - HP 15-f010dx, Windows 10

- Had blue screen Error code: 0xc000000f. I could not repair or see drive with windows installer usb flash drive

- Pulled the HD from non booting PC and plugged into working PC via HD enclosure but I can't see/access the bad HD

- How can I get inside the bad/non-booting HD to retrieve my data?

See if this works..
  1. Download and Install Disk Drill for Windows or Mac OS X.
  2. Launch Disk Drill recovery software, select the crashed hard disk and click “Scan” button.
  3. Preview the files you found with Quick or Deep scan. ...
  4. Click “Recovery” button to recover your lost data.
 
Just to check you are not connecting the external drive until after the system boot correct?

Have you tried using a Live version of Linux to boot from and get the data that way?
