Solved Computer WiFi Extremely slow (dropping to 0 mbps or disconnecting occasionally)

Laptop: ASUS VivoBook running Windows 10

I've been experiencing internet issues for the past few weeks. When I'm connected to my modem wirelessly, I'm getting speeds of under 10mbps when it used to average 200mbps.
A few times every minute the wifi speed drops to 0, interrupting any downloads and making online games impossible to play. Sometimes it's so bad that my wireless mouse starts stuttering when I'm trying to download something (not even sure if this is related, just something I noticed).
For some reason, when I connect to an external router (that is even farther away from me than the modem) I'm getting normal internet speeds (around 60mbps due to the distance).
All other devices in my home can connect to both the router and the modem with upwards of 200 mbps download speed except my laptop.

The temporary solution I found was to run an ethernet cable to my laptop. My laptop can connect to the modem through an ethernet cable and reach 720 mbps. However, I just can't get the wireless connection to work.

Here's a list of the things I've tried:
- Restarting my laptop and modem/router multiple times
- Updating and reinstalling network adapters/drivers
- Updating windows (not to windows 11, just latest windows 10)
- Clean Boot (didn't help)
- ipconfig release and renew
- reset network settings
- disabling adapters for all vpns
- disabling windows firewall
- running virus scans
- Almost every other suggestion I've come across except resetting my computer entirely (which is not really something I want to do if i don't have to)


This issue is not the most urgent since ethernet still works. However, I am entirely confused as to what is happening. My first thought was that my laptop's wifi card is failing. However, the laptop can connect to a router normally, just not the modem. I also doubt it's an issue with the modem itself since 6+ devices can connect just fine when I try using them in the same room. Does anyone know what is going on and how I might be able to fix it?
 
Step 1:
Please downloaded MINITOOLBOX and run it.
Checkmark following boxes:
Flush DNS
Reset FF proxy Settings
Reset Ie Proxy Settings
Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)
Click Go and Attach the log in your reply.

Step 2: Get System Info Log.

Include in your next reply a Get System Info log.
Save it to your desktop when complete.
Once you have the file on your desktop, then upload it here.
Copy the URL after your report is loaded.
Then send us the link. :)

It's been about a week and the problem seems to have resolved itself. I want to leave it as is for now since it's not causing any more problems. If something happens again I'll update with the detailed log as specified above. Sorry for taking up your time!
