Hi everyone. I had to install a program for work (Citrix Workspace). After this install (it has an indirect display adapter), Destiny 2 has not performed properly. It ran at ONLY a high of 4 FPS, and it never went above. I tried adjusting input lag value to <0>, reinstalling the game, dumping shader cache, game cache, etc., to no avail.

Here are my specs:

GeForce 2060 Super 8GB
i7 9700
32 GB RAM
1.5 TB storage

Bungie (game developer) has acknowledged an FPS issue, but thus happened to me out of the blue and I have never encountered a problem. Plus, other games (Doom Eternal, Halo MCC) run at 165fps on average @ 1080p. Please give me some guidance.

The logical thing would be to temporarily uninstall Citrix while you are not working, if still the same problem it has at least ruled out Citrix as being the cause and being that the game developer has acknowledged that the game has an issue it will be up to them to release a patch to fix it, the game being four years old they may not be prepared to invest any time or money into fixing the issue though.
