This computer was working fine for a few years, now after a rebuild it has decided not to boot.

ATM it gets stuck at American mega trends bios page.
Please enter set up to recover by off settings
When raid configuration was built and sure to set SATA configuration to raid mode
Press F1 to run setup.

I can manually boot into the disk but then when I restart the machine it doesn't get past post.

So far I've reseated ram
Cleared CMOS
Rebuilt windows 10

Z170i pro gaming motherboard
Intel i5
8 GB ram
500gb SSD
 
could be a failing drive.
how old is it?

what was replaced during the rebuild? or why the rebuild?

how are you manually getting into the disk, and when you do, can you see all your files?
when you go into BIOS, is the drive listed?

It's more than 5 years old
I bought new ram and CMOS battery.
I'm able to go through the bios after pressing F1 in the attached screenshot and manually select the boot device.

The OS was corrupt prior to this but was able to boot up normally. This happened after rebuilding from a creation media windows USB.
I also don't think it's a disk issue cause once I boot into windows I'm able to use it like a normal machine

I'm thinking it could be a corrupt bios or maybe motherboard ATM but really unsure how to decipher that conclusion.
 
Adding to what has been stated.

Is the system an Asus or just the motherboard?

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Why?

Since you have replaced the CMOS battery did you set the date and time and you state that you can access they system after you set the boot drive.

What are the next steps you take after doing this.

Have you tried a reset back to factory on the bios?

Is the drive set to AHCI or RAID or what?

Since you state that you can access the system a speccy report would be extremely helpful.

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
