  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are broken but should be fixed soon. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

If a file is too large to upload to our servers (larger than 1 MB), you'll need to either compress the archive or upload it to a file-sharing site. However, we ask that ANY file used for diagnostics (log files, etc) over 512KB in size be compressed in a RAR or ZIP archive. This guide can also be used as a general tutorial on how to create archives. Below is how to achieve this :)

1.) Download 7-zip or another suitable program (I'll be using 7zip to demonstrate as it's free).

2.) Browse to the file(s) you wish to add to a new archive.

3.) In the highlighted area below, ensure the file type is set to ZIP and Compression is set to a suitable level. If you're not uploading this to our servers or to a file host, you can ignore the Compression field.

4.) Click OK and wait for it to finish. Afterwards you'll have a fresh archive you can upload :)
