I have a bug when I put game in Fullscreen mode i become colorblind mode how to fix this

What is the exact model name or number of the notebook and what game/s are you having the problem with.
 
Sorry but you have not given us the model name or number of the notebook so can only go off your given specs, the notebook may be ok for slapshot rebound but it does not meet the requirements for Roblox as you have no dedicated GPU.

The picture in your OP does not look like either game that you mention but something that requires a lot more spec than what your notebook has.
