Hi my setup is 3700x, 5700xt, 16gb 3200 ram, Msi x570 pro board, corsair tx750m psu. I’m having a weird thing happen with the new call of duty Cold War game, no matter what graphic settings I have or change my FPS stays at 133-134 won’t go above that what so ever. I’ve tried updating drivers, fresh install of game, changing every setting I can think of but still stays at that exact same FPS. HELP PLEASE!!!!
