Doing this on behalf of my brother. He's just switched to pc while I'm still on PS4. Been playing modernwarfare: warzone fine then all of a sudden gone to play today and his sound is messed up. We can communicate, he can hear me through his monitor/TV instead of his headset. We both have the same headsets Steelseries Arctis 3.

Hes been through the control panel and set the headset as default and disabled the sound for coming through the monitor/TV, but every time I talk it still comes through the monitor/TV instead of the headset.

Any help would be appreciated been sat for a few hours trying to figure it out

What Windows version is he running?
Are the drivers up to date?
Is he running the PC version of the game or streaming it from his PS4?
Does the headset have 1 or 2 plugs (separate headphone & mic) or 1 (headphone & mic combined)?
Does the PC have separate jacks for headphones & Mic or 1?
Is the headset the ‘Console’ edition? If it is then it may not work with some PCs.
Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the headphone jack.
