Cant use left-click and right-click together

Hi. I have just started playing cod mw which is a shooting game. And it sometimes requires to use left and right click together.
if i hold right-click and then left-click, it works just fine! But if i hold the left-click down and try to right click it wouldnt work!
at first i thought maybe it's my mouse so i tried another mouse and it didnt work either. I also asked a firend of mine who has the same mouse to try and he didnt have the problem. I was wondering what could be causing this and how can i solve it?
I just want to say that this isnt a new issue but its just bothering me now!

My laptop: Asus Fx553ve 16gb/i7 7700hq/1050 ti

the mouses it tried: A4tech G9-730FX & the asus mouse that came with the laptop!

OS: windows pro 1909
 
Not a gamer but try disconnecting the mouse and see if the touchpad buttons work ok?
