Can't see file saved in folder..until click out of folder than click back in again

Hi,
If i create a file in a folder, and save it into that folder, then i can't see the file in explorer.....but then if i click out of the folder, and then click back into it again,
then i can see the file. How do i solve this?
 
What program are you using to create the file?

Does this happen with just one particular program or all of them?

Have you tried pressing F5 to refresh the explorer?
