I was using an older Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adaptor and just got a Bluetooth 5.3 adaptor. I have it plugged in and it didn't recognize the bluetooth devices i had connected with the old adaptor so I rescanned and readded them, but now it shows the devices twice in the device list and when i try to remove the old devices it says it can't remove them.
