Product: Envy X360 Convertible 15m-Bq1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
My laptop crashed during an update, when I try to reboot I keep getting these errors.
Stop code: DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG
Stop code: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
Stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Therefore I tried to reinstall windows 10 with a USB and it installs VERY VERY VERY slow until it errors out.
Is there a different way to install windows to an SSD drive?
How do I install a new os

You should be able to get into the Windows Recovery Environment this way:
Start your System, then just after the Manufacturers logo disappears and Windows 10 tries to boot, press and hold the power button down for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a hard shut down do this 2 -5 times and when it gives repair options choose system restore
If that fails try safe mode and we will see if we can fix errors

When I go into system recovery I get a blue screen again with a WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT_VIOLATION error.
When I try to enter safe mode the screen goes black like it's trying to boot and then the circulating dots freeze and the laptop stays there until I turn it off.

The OP has decided to continue at an alternative tech forum so this thread is now closed.
