Can't change speeds from 3.70Ghz to 4.2Ghz

Hi folks,

I have managed quite easily to change profiles and change clock speeds, but today for some reason despite which profile I am choosing I'm stuck at 3.7Ghz. I am 100% saving the profile when I exit but still stuck at 3.7Ghz. Some help would be appreciated.
