Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Hey guys! My first post. I have a problem loading an old email that I have saved in my hotmail account. Someone sent me an email a year ago with pictures/images on which was working at the time but looking back at it now, it's gone! I've tried using gmail, outlook, hotmail, my phone but no pictures/images! On outlook it's a square box with a red X and on hotmail it's a square box with a picture of a green hill and blue sky with a cloud. The only thing I can do with it on hotmail is right click with the options to open image in new tab which says cid:c1ef9faa-3725-4cdb-bed0-4bf61b84e3fa@eurprd09.prod.outlook.com on the link or copy image address which does nothing & on outlook save image as but no image to save. Can someone help? The sender is a person I've lost contact with so cannot ask them to resend again. Many thanks!

it may have been a link to am image store, like PhotoBucket, and the source has expired or been deleted.
