Cannot boot my new M.2 SSD with a Flash Drive.

Hello, a few months ago i changed from my pre build pc to a new one, only the cpu and the m.2 remained. (i didn't even reinstall windows)

But the m.2 is generally slow and also has "only" a health of 27% left. So I thought you just buy a new one. Now after I swapped the SSDs I plug in my Windows Flash Drive and it just dont works. No matter what I do, disable stuff in the bios etc it does not boot from the USB stick. I only get a bluescreen error with the Code "0xc0000001". But I can just put in my old SSD in and my PC works fine with no bluescreen or other problems.

Pls tell me Im just stupid and there is a simple Solution

Parts in question are.

Crucial P2 CT250P2SSD8 250GB (My new SSD)

KBG30ZMV256G TOSHIBA (Is my "old" SSD)

Asus PRIME H310M-A R2.0 H310 (My Motherboard)

I also have a 1TB HDD but thats just for games etc.

Is this a usb stick with the windows creation tool on it?

27 % health or 27% free space
If Health how did you check the health ?

No matter what I do, disable stuff in the bios

What did you do
Did you turn off fast boot
Did you turn off secure boot.

Does the laptop have a boot option they you can use instead of changing the bios.

You have not told us anything about your laptop - Make and model
So we cannot look up spec/manuals

Yes the USB stick has the Windows Creation tool on it.
I used HWInfo to see how much Health my SSD has left.
Yes I turned of fast boot and secure boot, still did nothing.

Its not a Laptop its a Desktop PC.

My Specs are;
Intel I7-8700
Gain 8GB D6 RTX 3070 Phantom+
PRIME H319M-A R2.0
KBG302MV256G Toshiba (My old SSD)
Toshiba DT01ACA 100 1TB (My HDD)

My new SSD that I want to put in is the;
Crucial P2 CT250P2SSD8 250GB

Nothing to be sorry about
Remove all drives except the crucial drive.
Did you make the creation tool from windows or from Rufus. Remake it from here. It could be faulty

Did you change the boot menu for USB as first boot device

If still no good can you test that the usb boots on another computer
DO NOT INSTALL on another computer just see if it boots

Also I think your M2 are different
I am not 100% sure but it looks like one is PCIE and the other is not.
Look at the pic of the motherboard(attached) near the M2 Slot and the ram slot I can't see
is there a jumper setting to change the mode of the M2
