Hello everyone

Last Sunday my Cannon printer broke down. The on-screen instruction was to send it to a repair centre. Everytime I go on a Canon website I am met by a window instructing me about cookies. I cannot get past this window and therefore unable to access information which will help me! Tesco do not want to help! What can I do? Thrillerman

How old is the Printer? Is it still under the 1st year warranty? If it is then Tesco are fobbing you off, your contract is with them not Canon.
They should send it for repair.

I take it you’re accepting the cookies but nothing else is happening? Can you try a different browser?

I purchased the printer from Tesco earlier in the year. It tells me to click an instruction, but I cannot the instruction to click! I am going to complain to Tesco!

Then its still under warranty. Too often retailers pass the buck to the manufacturer when there’s a problem. Just politely remind them that as you purchased from Tesco they your contract is with them & not Canon.
