hi,new here,i looked around thinking you offered remote connection help.i cant find whether you do or not.i need help badly.thank you.sorry if i posted in wrong place

Sorry to hear of your computer troubles but unfortunately PCHF only offers assistance on the open forums.

If you post here what problems you are having we may be able to help.

Can I also suggest that you be more careful posting such requests online, regardless of the awful times that the world is going through at this time there are still bad guys out there who are more than willing to take advantage of the vulnerable.

Hi,

We can do what we can to assist you on the forum but please be careful about allowing anyone who is not a trusted technician access to your system remotely as there a lot of scammers out there that prey on vulnerable people.

Please let us know what issues you are having so we can better assist you.

Thanks.

Hello, what kind of problem are you having? I'm new here and have a class project that requires me to help four people but I don't have a lot of the in-depth technical experience yet. Maybe if it is something simple, I could help you with it.

Thank you for your willingness to try and help others Moltenkitty but due to the risk factor of online tech support only those that already have an in depth knowledge of repairing computers are permitted to assist.

Best way to begin to learn is to follow threads from start to finish, this will not only show you how online techs work but also how they impart knowledge, there is no point in making a suggestion if the person that you are trying to help has zero idea of what you are talking about.
