Welcome to the PCHF BSOD Section, where we can help you diagnose your BSOD issues, decrypt those cryptic dump files, and ensure a reliable and safe fix for your issues. To ensure this, we ask that you obey the following:

1.) DO post as much information as possible, including OS, hardware, time, recently added software/hardware, any logs/dump files, etc. This will help us troubleshoot your issue easier and faster.

2.) DO wait for a PCHF Tech Support member, BSOD expert, or PCHF Staff Member to respond to your thread before bumping. We try to ensure all threads are seen and read as quickly as possible. We are all volunteers, so we ask that you remain patient and we will make sure that we get your issue resolved :)

3.) DO post your thread in the proper area (Each OS has their own category)

3.) DO NOT bump your thread if a Tech Support member, BSOD expert, or Staff Member has not yet responded to your thread. This creates unnecessary posts and any unnecessary bumps can be deleted at a staff member's discretion. All we ask is patience and your issue will be answered and resolved :)

4.) DO NOT respond to a BSOD thread if you are not knowledgeable in BSOD diagnostics. This can cause further issues and therefore is discouraged. While we appreciate one's willingness to help, it's always best to let someone who's proficient at BSOD analysis and diagnostics to handle a BSOD thread (y)

This area is read only. To post your BSOD issue, simply click the correct BSOD area according to your OS (Windows 11, Windows 10, etc) and you'll be able to create a new thread.
