Struggling to find a solution to fix Blurry text in various web browsers.

I've tried resolution, clear type fixes, you name it.

Open to suggestions if anyone has them.
 
what web browsers?
in Word, or NotePad, everything looks normal?
is it every site that is blurry, or only certain sites, or certain parts of the web page?
do your browsers use extensions?
have you tried using the browser in safe mode (incognito)?

start the PC in Safe Mode and see if things change.
