I am using Windows 10 on my HP laptop. For the past 2 months, I have been using my Bluetooth Iporachx V5.0 earbuds with no problems but for the last week, they keep freezing the videos. If I play the video without the earbuds it will play fine, as soon as I connect the earbuds the video will play for about 10 to 12 seconds then it will freeze for 4 to 5 seconds and then play for another 10 to 12 seconds. I have tried different Bluetooth headphones and the same thing happens.
I have turned Bluetooth off and back on again.
I have Un-paired the earbuds and reconnected them.

Hi PeterOz
I have not plugged any external devices in via USB at the time this happened.
I don't think I had a windows update.. but I am 66 years old with a failing memory so I could be wrong LOL

Right click on start
Left click on Device manager
In the list of devices you should see bluetooth click on the little arrow (chevron)
This should show your device
Right click on the device
Left click on properties
Click on the driver tab
It should show the name of the device and the Driver provider.
Who is the driver provider.

Click on update driver

Do you know if system restore is turned on?
To check click on start
type in This PC
on the This PC app that shows right click
Left click on properties
On the left hand side click on System Protection
Under protection settings does it show protection on for C drive

It says that Widows is the driver provider and that the best driver is installed

Under protection settings, it shows protection for Windows ( C ) drive is on

Did it show the name of the device on the driver tab?
Would you be ok doing a system restore?
the basic idea is it takes the computer back to when they were working, It should not affect anything else.
Click On Me
Read the two items under

How Does Using System Restore Affect My Personal Files?

How Does Using System Restore Affect My Apps?

Well, that did not go according to plan... I tried to do a system restore after 2 hours is said it could not do it. Then it would not let me restart my laptop because there were files missing. In the end, I had to format the laptop... Guess you can say the problem is solved HAHAHA

Thank you for your help :)

I have a different problem with my tablet but I will start a new thread tomorrow :)

Man I am so sorry about that.
You should have come back before formatting there are other ways to try first.
If the bluetooth plays up again note the date that you notice it happen.
We will then look for an update at that time to see if it is the problem.
I hope you did not loose any data.
